How men meet women in Saudi Arabia

As the old adage goes, A picture is worth a thousand words, and I believe that picture says it all. In Saudi Arabia we can place orders for women at special stores. At first everyone thougth this would be a great idea. I mean a world where you order exactly what you wanted had to be perfect, right? wrong, men quickly realized we had no idea what we wanted.
Seriously though Saudi Arabia has one of the highest rates of divorce in the world, some figures saying as many as 1 in every 4 weddings ends in divorce here. You can imagine the kind of implications that holds in a society where women are not, in any real way, allowed to work.
Anyways, I don't want to beat a dead horse so let me get back to work.

and..... I'm BACK !

I just got out of the gmat exam, scored 680 out of 800. That's a 89 percentile so I am happy with the score. The verbal section was a lot tougher than I thought it would be. You know how you think that the practice exams would be easier than the real ones? well this one is just the opposite. The verbal section was a killer, I just guessed the last 5 because I completely ran out of time. But I am happy with the score and will probably apply to the following 5 colleges
1. City University of New York - Zicklin School of Business
2. Illinois Institute of Technology
3. NYU - Stern
4. Pace University - Lubin school of business
5. St. John's University.

The last one I have absolutely no information about. In the mean time I have other information to report. Upper management at work were blaming me for a delay in one of the projects and wanted to fire me. My boss told them that if they fired me they might as well kiss the project good bye :-) it's nice to have a supportive boss. I am still waiting on word on my h1 visa from the American consulate. When I asked them how long it would take the said " It's a process and no one knows how long it will take" . Very encouraging.
Anyways, I'm out to celebrate. Happy new year, to my chinese friends and a happy valentines day to all.
